Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes and include all hardware, manuals, and the printed return slip inside the package.
Ship the Items
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
